H2H Flooring did my bathroom floor, I was extremely pleased with their professional approach, quality of work and the attention to detail that I also got them to do my hallway, kitchen, living room and stairs. When the bedrooms need doing, I’ll certainly use H2H Flooring again.

Our whole experience with Phil from H2H flooring was brilliant from start to finish.The choice of carpets are endless and he stocks so many beautiful modern and contemporary colours.Nothing was ever too much for Phil, whether that be going back and forth trying to find the perfect colour that fit in our budget to the advice and expertise he has as a very good carpet fitter.We have not come across a carpet fitter like him.He explains where all of his materials are sourced and has recycled underlay at the best quality.If I can say anything I will recommend Phil to anyone who is looking to carpet their home to perfection.Could not thank him enough for everything he has done for us as this was our first time choosing carpets for our first home and will definitely be contacting him again for work in the future.Thanks again Phil

Phil did an amazing job laying cork flooring in our basement bedroom, office and bathroom. He was very knowledgeable about the products he works with, offering us several options and recommendations. He explained every step of the process in depth so we knew exactly what to expect. Very high standard of work and great attention to detail. I found Phil when I searched the Internet for a professional carpet inspector, when my new carpets of 3 months had failed badly and looked like they had been down several years, and the company had gone into administration. Phil arrived and immediately recognised that there had been huge failings with the prep work (non existent) and poor fitting not to mention poor quality carpets. I had a full refund from my credit card company, and am now looking forward to beautiful carpets being fitted by H2H in a few weeks time. Thanks Phil 👍

Would highly recommend H2H Flooring!Phil did a fantastic job fitting wool carpets throughout our new home. We moved in in November, and the whole house needed renovating. The carpets were the finishing touches, and we're really chuffed with results!We really appreciated his thoughtfulness and consideration as well, as our baby daughter arrived two weeks early, clashing with the carpet fitting!Phil made sure the loudest part of the job was done whilst my wife was still in hospital, just so the whole fitting would disturb her as little as possible when she returned home.He even helped me shift some logs as well! Cracking firm, would use again and recommend.

Very happy with the quality of the service provided by H2H Flooring. From picking the flooring and discussing what materials would be best to laying the carpets and vinyls I felt confident throughout the process that my choices were being listened to.I was particularly happy with the timely updates prior to fitting and during fitting as to what they were waiting for and exact time frames for when flooring will be delivered cut and fitted.Also very helpful in fitting the work around my own issues in completing the legal work on the property and very understanding

Can’t recommend H2H Flooring enough, Phil’s knowledge and expertise in his craft come across immediately. When he first came to measure up and run through options he was completely honest about not replacing what he said was a good carpet that just needed cleaning - I would have quite easily purchased a new one from him. For the other rooms I explained what I needed and Phil went through options and affordability.On the day of the install Phil and Maddie turned up on time and were only too happy to help me juggle furniture across the two rooms being carpeted. The finished result is amazing, the carpet is stunning quality and has been superbly fitted, it has transformed the upstairs of my house. Thank you H2H!

I found Phil after several phone calls with other companies who wouldn’t take time and the challenge of fitting a sisal carpet which was purchased online.Phil responded quickly to my message and after assessing the job he explained everything in detail. We found H2H Flooring via a cork flooring supplier, as a recommended installer. However, Phil soon assessed our home and our lifestyle and advised against this material, instead recommending a range of wool carpets better suited to our needs. This high level of expertise and professionalism went throughout our experience working with Phil at H2H. He kept us well informed of the process and timescales, installed the carpet to an incredibly high standard (Phil is a perfectionist!), and even returned on a Saturday to fit the final piece - a stair runner - as we had to wait quite a while for it to be made. The results are beautiful - we could not have asked for a better experience working with Phil and would recommend him 100%.

I have recently had Phil and the team at H2H flooring work as part of a large renovation project on my home. From the first visit Phil’s expertise in his products and vision for what we could achieve was fantastic. We had an idea of what we wanted but no clue on how we could achieve it or if our budget would allow. Phil developed a design plan to achieve exactly what we wanted, the finished product was more than we could have hoped for.Throughout the whole process Phil kept us informed and is consistent with his timing and plans.The team are lovely and it’s been a pleasure to have them in my home. I was impressed by Phil's knowledge on flooring in a presentation he made at an event I attended. I had had a real wood floor fitted by some other company some years ago and well frankly, I had never been satisfied as the floor moved when you walked across it. Whilst I had the original fitters out to try and sort the problem they were unable to do so and so I have had to just live with it. I was disappointed given it had not been cheap. I asked Phil if he would pop along and give me his opinion. The minutes he stepped on the floor (which he said looked fabulous from the doorway) he knew what was wrong. Phil diagnosis was lack of preparation of the floor base before laying and to make it worse the floor had been fitted incorrectly. The remedy would be to remove and relay half the floor. Not all of the floor, so saving me some money. I was surprised by his honesty on this point. If that wasn't enough he then called the manufacturer and they agreed with him to come out and inspect the floor free of charge and provide me with a report so I could take it up with the original fitters. Clearly I did not wish to have the original fitters back as I had no confidence whatsoever in their knowledge or abilities. If you want your flooring to be laid to last a lifetime then look no further than H2H Flooring. Phil and his team are all master fitters and Phil is I dare say, also a perfectionist. Plus, he is very friendly and respectful of your home as he immediately took his shoes off on entering without being asked. I would highly recommend Phil and his team

I contacted Phil on behalf of my 89 year old dad. His hall carpet had been down for more years than we could work out and it had gone very lumpy and bumpy and was becoming increasingly a trip hazard. When Phil visited dad to discuss his requirements, we decided we would have the kitchen floor recovered at the same time in the same flooring. Phil produced a quote and emailed it to both myself and dad (yes he does use email even at 89!). The quote was very reasonable indeed. When Phil and his team arrived to remove the old flooring and prepare for the new, they found the old underlay had turned to grain - hence the lumps and bumps. They also found other issues which were all remedied by Phil. The preparation of the floor was incredible. Talk about a solid foundation! The quality of the vinyl planks Phil has laid are amazing. The floor looks FANTASTIC. I cannot thank Phil and his team enough. They have explained everything to dad carefully, kept me up to date the whole way through and even made sure dad locked his door each day as they left. If you are looking for a fantastic floor, laid by absolute professionals at a very reasonable price indeed, then use H2H Flooring. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I can’t recommend Phil highly enough. His communication and advice about product was excellent, his quotation fair and transparent, but most of all he has great pride in his work and excellent attention to detail. I first saw Phil's work during an on stage presentation where he demonstrated the vast range of high end (and I imagine, not easy to do) flooring examples. I was massively impressed with what I saw and also his vast knowledge. He explained it really clearly to those of us like me, who do not understand flooring at all. He used my language instead of technical babble.A few weeks after, I needed a corner section replacing after the old one was ruined by a spill (Oven cleaning product!). And because I was anxious about getting the right job, first time, I did not want to risk using a cheap DIYer (or someone who's work I had not seen). So I knew that you'd get what you pay for with H2H Flooring.Everything was done really high end in terms of quality, communication all the way through from start to finish and Phil even came out on a Sunday to do a final finishing touch that was needed.It has a super long guarantee too. Plus Phil even explained the cleaning kit properly (all includes, plus tools) so that a layman like me could understand it.Fantastic service. I highly recommend Phil and will recommend to my own customers too.

We didn't end up using Phil in the end because of contracts our builder had already taken out, but Phil was so helpful, fast and kind throughout the whole process. He put himself out in many ways just to get us a quote, as well as just providing reassurances and explanations whenever needed.I can't actually vouch for the quality of the work because we didn't use him in the end, albeit no doubt it is excellent and good value, but if nothing else Phil is a trustworthy and helpful guy, definitely worth a shout if you need some flooring help

I contacted Phil on recommendation following having a badly installed faulty carpet fitted a mere few weeks ago. He listened to me cry down the telephone. The compassion, kindness he showed me, his absolute confidence in his own ability and high standards (backed up with a serious amount of certificates) sold me on that call. I instantly knew I could place my trust in him.He said he'd be out just two days later on the Saturday as I was working on Friday to take a look and he would either fix the current carpet or we could look at replacing it but he would ensure that the job was done correctly and professionally.True to his word he was out within two days, took a long careful look at the carpet and gave me the verdict that though he could fix the fitting, the carpet was faulty and really did need replacing. I knew right away that I just wanted the whole carpet ripped up and to start again from scratch.He sat down with the professional carpet samples books and walked me through all the carpet samples; his knowledge is second to none! He really does know his stuff! Pros and cons of each carpet and underlay carefully explained in an unrushed manner and absolutely no pressure selling! In comparison to my previous carpet person who basically just handed me some tatty samples cut from carpet with absolutely no discussion at all and then demanded money!I cannot praise Phil enough he’s an absolute super star and the difference in the professionalism was startling. He sent me a quote just a few hours later based on my chosen carpet with a proper online system which was easy to navigate and replied almost instantly to any query I had and kept in touch every step of the way.My biggest fear was having to live with my shoddy carpet over the Christmas period and I really couldn't stomach looking at it a moment longer but true to his word he managed to fit us in before Christmas. I cannot recommend his company highly enough, so much so I wouldn't ever consider using another flooring company and so will be booking him in for the remaining rooms! The quality of his carpet is fantastic and it just feels so luxurious in comparison. I'm actually smiling and no longer crying and sad.I'm one very happy customer!

This is the second time that Phil has come and done the flooring for our home. First time in our flat and now in our new home. We don’t make it easy for Phil as we have some quite wacky ideas but he has not disappointed again! He’s fitted our entire house with carpet, LVT and 2 really intricate designs in our kitchen and hallway and they are both absolutely WOW factors. If you want flooring that is fitted right and will last, Phil is the man!
